Rewilding Yoga

Can you remember who you were before the world told you who to be? How long have you been clenched and frozen, sister?

If you’re hoping to numb out or bypass what’s here, this isn’t the space for that. But if something deeper is stirring, if you’re ready to gently meet your untamable edges and tenderly reclaim the wildness within—at a pace that feels safe for your body—we’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and listen together.

Who Rewilding Yoga is For

Reve’ means “to dream” in French. It is also my middle name that’s tattoed on my wrist, a reminder both to dream and to stay rooted in what is real. As a child, I sensed a richer, more complex, and beautifully subtle world that was underneath what we busied ourselves with here. I longed to slow down and FEEL all that I was experiencing and fully process it all. Nature matched my pace and grounded and guided me when I felt alone in a sometimes insensitive, too-fast world. The trees told me their stories, and the wind whispered her secrets. Intuitively, I knew there was more.

As I grew up, I conformed and did what I was “supposed” to do, what was expected of me. I stuffed down my knowing and feeling for a sense of belonging and slowly my connection to the Earth and that deep inner connection faded. Yoga and solo travel brought me back home— back to a self I had long forgotten but who had never forgotten me, back to a body I had used and abused to feel “good enough” for others, but that never stopped loving and showing up for me.

Through my life’s story of marriage, children, divorce, and the ongoing work of re-membering the Self, I arrived here. That endless curiosity and hunger for Truth led me deep into exploring the shadows and limiting beliefs that kept me feeling caged and trapped in victimhood and a limited existence. This drew me deeper into trauma-informed yoga, somatics, and nature-based ritual for liberation.

From this journey, Reve’ Revival was born—a space of travel and adventure- within and without. A re-connection with your innate strength and softness through Mama Earth’s sacred teachings and embrace. A place where women can unravel conditioning, reclaim your powerful voices, and come home to the intelligence and love of these beautiful vessels. To remember yourself as your own wild and wise leader. Sovereign and deeply rooted with wings.

To the wild woman who senses, aches for and has never forgotten her Truth and power. To the mystics, lovers, medicine women, sages and healers, this is for you. May we awaken and Dream.

Welcome back home sweet sister.
